Our team's goal is to provide our patients with compassionate and gentle dental care of the highest level. We want our patients to be the most well informed about their care and their options. We treat you the way we ourselves would like to be treated!

Financial Policy

If you are insured by a carrier with whose network we participate, we are able to minimize your out-of-pocket cost by taking assignment on insurance benefits. When the insurance payment does not cover 100% of their fee, we politely request that you make your co-payment at the time of service.

We will make every effort to verify benefits for major services before commencing treatment, but there may be loopholes, small print or exclusions which may affect insurance payments, in which case, you, the patient, are responsible.

Courtesies

There are courtesies available to patients that can help them save money. These include bookkeeping courtesies, prepayment in full courtesies, and courtesies for veterans, law enforcement and first responders.

Appointments

We respect our patients' time, and we go to great lengths to keep our patients from excessive waiting times in the reception area. Your appointment time is dedicated to you. As we respect your time, we hope that you will respect ours. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a discretionary charge of $50.00.
